At Rajeev Agencies (“Rajeev Agencies”) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Returns
"We encourage all customers to inspect their items at the time of collection at our retail shop. Because we operate on an in-store pickup model, we do not accept returns once the items have left the premises. All sales are final post-pickup."
Refunds
"Refunds are only applicable for orders that are cancelled prior to in-store pickup. If you cancel your prepaid online order before collection, your refund will be approved and processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 Days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer."
Cancellations
"Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are picked up from our shop. Once you collect your items, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. No shipping or delivery charges apply, as all orders are for in-store pickup only."
