By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). As a business registered under the GST Composition Scheme, we do not collect separate GST from our customers. The prices displayed on our website are final. All products and pricing are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item purchased online becomes unavailable in-store before your collection, we reserve the right to cancel that portion of your order and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received through our payment gateway. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

Cancellations

Rajeev Agencies is a local retail store. All orders placed online are for in-store pickup only at our Vikas Nagar, Shimla location. As such, we do not offer shipping or delivery services.

All sales are final once items are collected from our shop. You may cancel your online order at any time before you visit the store for pickup. Once you have collected your items, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Limitation of liability

Rajeev Agencies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where our registered business is located.
